As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment.
The second email you'll receive will indicate that your order has been shipped and is now in transit. You'll be given a tracking link and/or tracking number from our delivery courier which will give you further information about the delivery. Please note that this can happen 1-4 business days after your order was placed.
If your order contains digital goods, we'll send you a third email containing a link to your download.
If you have not received your tracking updates within 4 business days of your order being placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods, provided that the items are in re-saleable condition.
That means that they should not have been used, altered or damaged and are in their original packaging.
If you wish to cancel and return your order, you must inform us by sending an email to email@example.com. This email should contain a clear statement about your wish to cancel your order, and it should be sent within 14 days from the reception of the package.
Please note that digital goods are non refundable.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your goods and want to return them, we will gladly issue a refund. You can return your order up to 14 days after you received the goods if the items are in re-saleable condition (haven't been used, damaged or altered).
If you've decided to return your items, please follow these steps:
Send us a quick message at firstname.lastname@example.org containing a clear statement that specifies that you want to cancel an order and return the items, and please specify why the order didn't meet your standards. We'd love to know how can we improve!
Wait our confirmation email. We will send you a parcel identification number and a return address.
Return the goods within 14 days from our authorisation.
Once we receive your goods, we'll proceed to issue your refund
Please let us know as soon as possible (within 3 working days of reception of goods) at email@example.com and we'll get back to you. We will either replace the missing or damaged items, or issue a refund at our discretion.
